Hi,

That’s something a developer could do. At a minimum they’d need some experience with the PHP programming language. Then, they can use the library provided by OpenPay:
https://github.com/open-pay/openpay-php
then follow this guide to put together a payment method add-on for Event Espresso 4:
https://github.com/eventespresso/event-espresso-core/tree/master/docs/L–Payment-Methods-and-Gateways
