When we view our venue pages, only the venue description is showing. I’d like to add the physical address and website. This currently show on the event registration page. I can’t see the settings to add these. What am i missing?

Hi,
I think this is another issue caused by the Jupiter theme. If you temporarily switch to another theme on that staging site, does the Venue information display as expected?

You’re right – it does pull in the correct information with a different theme! That’s frustrating. Do you know of any work arounds? Can these be added by short codes?

One workaround is add an Excerpt to the Venue. For some reason, Jupiter short circuits filters on the_content, but doesn’t if there’s a post excerpt.

We also have a problem with the Google Maps not showing, even though they have been set up. Could this also be the theme?

Ope up Chrome Dev tools on your events page and in the console, you’ll see this error:
Geocoding Service: You have exceeded your daily request quota for this API. If you did not set a custom daily request quota, verify your project has an active billing account: http://g.co/dev/maps-no-account For more information on usage limits and the Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/usage
Sounds like you don’t have billing enabled on your Google account, Google maps is no longer free and you must have billing enabled for it to function.
