Only scan tickets on the right date/time

Hi there,

We would like to use te EE app to scan and check-in tickets/attendees. The problem when testing this is tickets that are still valid can be scanned EVERY day and time. We would like to be able to scan just the tickets that are valid at that specific date and time. For example: we show movies every Thursday through Monday, so on say Friday the tickets for Saterday should not be able to be scanned. Is that possible? Otherwise we will have to check every ticket if it’s for the right day, time or movie screening.

How are you scanning tickets on the app currently?

Can you post the process you use from log in to scan?

The problem when testing this is tickets that are still valid can be scanned EVERY day and time. We would like to be able to scan just the tickets that are valid at that specific date and time.

Do you have your tickets set on specific datetimes? Meaning they are only valid for a single datetime in an event?

Hi Tony,

Thanx for your reply! I figured it out… When we select ‘Today’ and then the right event we can only scan the right tickets for that day. Works like a charm now 🙂
