Only Primary Attendee Receiving Ticket Emails HELP

I am using the Ticketing add-on to register runners for a charity 5K. Group Registrations is enabled and currently individuals may sign up themselves and 19 others at one time.

The problem is that only the Primary Attendee is receiving the automated ticket email with the QR code. Also, when I email all attendees with an email template containing the ticket link and edit attendee info short codes, again only the Primary Attendee is receiving the message. And in the Primary Attendee’s email, only their own QR code and links are displayed, not the information for the other people registered.

What is the fix for this? All attendees registered under a Primary Attendee’s information need to receive their QR codes otherwise we’ve just wasted a bunch of time and effort trying to automate this process. At the very least, I need the Primary Attendee to see ticket links for all persons registered under their email address.
