Only expired events in "Events Grid View Addon"

Hello everybody ๐Ÿ™‚

I have a question about the display in the “Events Grid View” addon.

The current upcoming events are displayed at first in our event page.
After the upcoming events are displayed the expired events.
Both events (upcoming & expired) are shown with the “Events Grid View” addon.

Is it possible to show in the “expired events area” only the expired events?

I could only see in the documentation that the expired events can be set in the shortcode with “show_expired = true”. But I couldn’t find a setting with “only expired events”

Many thanks in advance!

Thank you in advance,
Simon

Hi Simon,

I’m sorry for the delay, this took a bit more time because this wasn’t something that was possible without making a new shortcode.

You can download this plugin which works as an extension of the Events Grid View add-on.

Then install and activate the plugin.

Then you can add this to a page on your site:

[espresso_past_events_grid]

That’s a new shortcode and it will display a grid of only expired events.
