Hi

I get the same message. We already reset one key and I entered another key of our business license.
For Mailchimp Plugin we get the same message.

Please advice.

Is this site installed on a WordPress multisite network, or is this a single site?

Hi Ray,

It sounds like both keys are attached to the same domain. Can you remove the key you have on there right now, then request a reset for both of your keys? We’ll reset them for free, you can stop after you do the request when it takes you to a checkout.

I just requested reset of key #2. #1 is not activated on any website and has no button to reset.

Hi Ray, your support license key ending in 3f was reset.

Follow the steps in the confirmation email to finish up the reactivation.

Hi, do you have a staging and a live site? Moving between those with a single support license would cause the messaging to be displayed since those are actually two different sites.

I’ve reset it again.

Hi, this seems to be happening every couple weeks for you. Could you share a list of plugins on your site?

Also, who is your web host?
