It sounds like both keys are attached to the same domain. Can you remove the key you have on there right now, then request a reset for both of your keys? We’ll reset them for free, you can stop after you do the request when it takes you to a checkout.
Hi, do you have a staging and a live site? Moving between those with a single support license would cause the messaging to be displayed since those are actually two different sites.
