Only 2 Payment Options Available

I just installed EE4, and only two payment options are available, AuthorizeNet and PayPal Pro — I don’t see PayPal Express? How do I fix that?

Hi there,

Sounds like your user account didn’t get all of the capabilities assigned to it, are you loggin in as an administrator?

Go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data

Click on the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ only.

When the page reloads go to payment methods, can you see PayPal Express now?

That worked. Thank you. I am a sole owner, so the only login is Administrator right now.
