Hello. I was wondering if there is an option to make an online event, so that people will be able to connect with cameras, may be by using Zoom.

Hi there,
Currently, Event Espresso doesn’t integrate with Zoom itself but we’ve seen users add the zoom login URL and password to Event Meta (custom fields) and then include those details in the Registration Approved email.
Will that work for you?

I think that will work too. Is there any guidance how to proceed further in order to implement this login URL and password to Event Meta (custom fields) ?

Ditto the request regarding additional documentation for mega fields use and zoom details for an event.

We have some documentation on using a ‘Venue’ with a Zoom URL here:

However, personally, I prefer to use Event Meta for this and have posted details on how to that in other thread here:
