I run several youth camps and want to know if you have any plugin or add on that handles signatures so that parent can sign a waiver online.

Hi there,
Not currently, you can, however, add a required ‘terms and conditions’ type question (for example a checkbox) to the registration form with a link to a PDF form the user can then print and sign.
Would that work?

Hey Tony,
Thanks for the reply. I suppose the .pdf method you suggested could work, but I was hoping to make it a “one-stop shop”… and skip any physical paperwork as it makes registration a headache. I might try to get something developed privately. I think if you guys offered that as an add-on, it would definitely be a popular one and would increase your appeal to organizations that require a signed waiver.

Another option would be to use an add-on developed by a 3rd party that allows users to upload files during the registration:

That adds the ‘file’ question type to EE which the user can then use to upload an image of their signature although that’s not as polished as a full e-signature capture.
