I want to have group listed in the calendar. It meets every week. I’d like to be able to check people in every week using the EE Android app.
The tricky part is that I do not want people to be able to register online for it. It requires prior approval and outside (3rd party) payment. How can I set this up?

Hi there Joan,
Your members would need to register or you would need to manually add their registrations in through the WordPress admin. Otherwise, you won’t be able to check them in since Event Espresso will have no records of these attendees.
Have you considered using the Attendee preapproval option?
