Ongoing Invoice Number without Waitlist

Hi,

i have the following situation: my customer needs ongoing invoice numbers. Right now I use the TXN ID. But the problem here is, that the TXN is also used for waitlist members which are not buying a ticket afterwards.

Is it possible to have a number that is just counting real invoices that are actually paid?

Hi there,

Currently, we do not have a separate ID number which can be used for this, Event Espresso uses the TXN_ID as the order number and you are correct in that waitlist (and infact any registration which creates a transaction) will increment that value.

To do the above would need custom developer to increment a custom value when a registration is set to approved/invoice is paid in full, we do not have a value within EE to do that for you.
