Hi,

For some reason my events are accepting the groupon/voucher codes but they are then umbrella-ing other tickets.

Someone signed up today for a tour and since I give student prices she registered everyone under her voucher. But she wasn’t charged for the 3 student tickets. Instead I have to re-bill her to make up for the difference.

Why is it doing that? Can someone please help me fix it? Thanks!

This was the response from the attendee! “The 8-digit bar code applied in the voucher box was accepted.  However, I was never directed to a different page where I could pay for the tour. I did get confirmation of our registration for the tour for June 12.  It will be for myself and three students.  Please let me know what else I need to do.”

I wouldn’t have known if she hadn’t have told me.

Hi,

If you are using the Social codes/Groupon codes, these will bring all the events that allow groupon codes in the cart to zero, regardless of number of tickets.

So if you have a single event where group bookings are allowed, I would suggest using either the Volume Discount pre release add on or the Promo codes to provide a ticket price discount.
