I have one new ee_admin user that has the same permissions set as another user in the system. But I can not see why they are not able to add/edit tickets on an event.

Is it their own event they created?
Do they just simply see no tickets at all when viewing the event?
Do they have the Events Administrator role set?

looks like it is all sorted I gave them a little more permission in AAM and it worked.
