OK event planning gurus. What’s a suggested way to set this up?
I have a Weekend full of events that customers can attend as they will, for one price. So a person could purchase one ticket and go to any number of events for the weekend. What’s the most efficient way to track attendance for each event and still only require one ticket per person?
I thought about having each person register for each event and having two tickets for each event. One ticket that costs the standard price and one ticket that is free. Then just check that each registered person has paid at least once.
Another idea would be to sell one ticket that gives the ticket holder all access for the weekend, and then free tickets for each of the events that occur during the weekend.
So the single event would have multiple tickets, and the persons would need to add a General Admission and which ever tickets they wanted to attend, to their cart. Is that what you mean?
Multiple events with one event as the Gen Admission. The add to cart option is super nice and all the auto fill data, and even the option to copy the data if it doesn’t auto fill. Genius.
Thanks again,
