I only have it on one site, however there is a staging site and a live site, but it is only one site.

Hi there,

A live site and a staging site are actually 2 separate sites in the same way you can game multiple sites using subdomains/subdirectories (a ‘staging’ sites is essentially just a copy of the site on a subdomain hidden from the public).

Now, I’m not saying you need a separate license for a staging site and the license system does allow for some staging setups. It will check for a staging. or dev. subdomain but I’m guessing your staging site isn’t using on of those subdomains?
