What client pay, it’s a course not dates

Course #1 (14 jan, 21 jan and 22 jan)
Course #2 (15, 16 and 17 jan)

How can i charge for Course #1 and display in the calendar the groupe of date for one course to display ?

i dont know if you follow me.. hard to explain 😉

Hi,

I do understand yes, the course runs over separate dates but you have it as a single event, but want it to show the appropriate dates on the calendar.

Currently that isn’t possible. The two options you have are:

1) Set the event dates to cover the start and end dates, eg 14th Jan to 22nd Jan. This will show on the calendar as one “block” covering all of those dates.

2) Have each date as an individual event. This will look better on the calendar but leads to it’s own issues in that right now we have no “parent” event system in place so you would have to either have the events as free events OR you could set the secondary dates to point to the first event of the sequence.

This is done in the event itself, by setting the “Alternate Registration Page (optional)” option to point to the first event (turning off the registration forms on the secondary events is wise too). This means all the attendees will register via one event.
