Hi,
All of a sudden when I click on an attendee it comes up with the same persons name and email no matter who I click on. For example the attendee Peter’s details are coming up in every single other attendees name and email instead of their own.
When I export their proper name and email appear but Peter’s name and email also appears. Also the comments section won’t export.
Please help.

Hi Andy,
I’m sorry for the trouble this is causing you.
This was a bug in a previous version of Event Espresso that has been fixed in the current version ( Event Espresso 3.1.28.4 ) Seth wrote more about this issue here:

Have you updated to the latest version? If so, that will prevent this from happening again. Do you have a backup of the database that you can roll back to?

Thanks for your prompt response. I upgraded just before i posted the question but don’t have a backup version.

Hi Andy,
Most hosts will temporarily store a recent snapshot of the database, so you could ask them if they have something they can send you.
