Hello, a long time ago (9 years) I bought an everything license from eventespresso but I never use the Licence key. Now I wanted to use it and I tryed to install my eventespresso within ticketing and everything I got, but already in the first step (installing eventespresso 3.1) it throws an error. So what are doing now?

Hi there,
Licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so if you have not renewed your license since your initial purchase your licence key will no longer work.
Now I wanted to use it and I tryed to install my eventespresso within ticketing and everything I got, but already in the first step (installing eventespresso 3.1) it throws an error.
It’s going to depend on the specific version of EE3 you are installing, the version of WordPress you are using and the error you are getting.
What error is shown?

You need to update to the latest version of EE3, the above error has been fixed and it’s due to changes in what syntax PHP will allow.
