First, I think the new ticket-creation system in EE5 is clunky, complicated, and not intuitive at all. Second, my account shows I have an EE4 plan … but we’re running Event Espresso 5.0.29.p. Finally, and most importantly, we’ve set up an event, and old, expired tickets for old, expired events are showing up on our ticket page: https://broadcastlegends.org/events/legends-2024-holiday-party I have gone through and deleted all of our old tickets. They still show up in the stack. Make it make sense! D.J. |

ADD: Where are the instructions for EE5 on EventEspresso.com? I’m finding instructions for EE3 and EE4 … nothing for EE5. D.J. |

RESOLVED. Never mind. Found the solution. Must admit, it was well hidden. 😐 |

Hi there, I assume the solution you found was to disable expired tickets within the ticket selector display settings? Just for any further readers that option is in: Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates -> Ticket Selector Template Settings Set ‘Show Expired Tickets?’ to No and save.
EE5 essentially IS EE4 but with the advanced editor. Eventually, we’ll likely phase out the version numbers and just use ‘Event Espresso’ but currently we need to differentiate between EE3 and EE4 at a minimum. So 90% of the documentation you find for EE4 applies except for the event editor. |
