Hello, I have one offline payment option enabled – invoices. When it displays on the page, I actually have one blank box, then the linked box called Purchase Order and then a second blank box. If you click any of the three, they expand to show details about the invoice. Can you please let me know what might be causing the first and last blank boxes? Please let me know, and thanks in advance.

Hi,
It looks like the theme is adding <p> tags to the hidden form elements making them show up as empty boxes.
Go to the event registration page in WordPress (it looks like the default plugin page so it will be called Event Registration) and edit it. Click the TEXT tab and see if the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode has been wrapped in
<
p> tags.
If so remove them.
If not you can try wrapping it in raw tags like so
[raw][ESPRESSO_EVENTS][/raw]
Now, this doesnt work for every theme.
If it doesnt then you will need to have a look at your themes functions.php file and see if it has code similar to this http://www.wprecipes.com/disable-wordpress-automatic-formatting-on-posts-using-a-shortcode and if some comment it out/remove it.
