We’re a community of 12k+ people in Sydney Australia that are in the process of developing a new word press website. This is our old website http://www.wakeupsydney.com.au

We hold concerts, conferences and special events for between 300-1000 guests. We currently use Eventbrite but are a little frustrated at their lack of functionality. We are quite hopeful that EventExpresso can help provide more options with multiple event registration, assigning seats etc.

The contact management system we are going to be using with our new word press site is called Office Auto Pilot ( http://officeautopilot.com ). Can Event Expresso be integrated with Office Auto Pilot? Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. We want to put in place the best technology to help us grow and keep things as automated as possible.

Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Jon,

I see that your question was answered via email by Garth.

I will add his response here for others to see as well.

We’ve done similar integrations like Office Auto Pilot, see our MailChimp Integration (https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-mailchimp/) add-on. We use the developer APIs.

We don’t have time right now to do this integration, but maybe mid-to-late 2013 after we get version 3.2 or 4.0 released (really high priority for us right now). And you’re always welcome to do the integration yourself if you can.

In either case, yes, I’m pretty sure the integration can be done. Does that help? Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
