Offer for abandoned checkouts

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there is a way to send a discount coupon or an offer to the users that abandoned the process.

Can I configure somehow the MailChimp add-on? Or any other 3rd party out there?

Hi egalanis,

This isn’t something that’s available as an automated feature, but you can set up a predefined batch email (and include a promo code) and send to those who’ve abandoned checkout. Here’s the guide that shows how to set up and send the email:

Before you initiate the send, you can filter the abandoned registrations on the Event Espresso > Registrations page.
