Odd image on registration form

I’m getting an blank image on my registration form right after the event end date. You can see it here: http://www.matrixmarketinggroup.com/event-registration/?ee=1

Hi George,

Can you FTP in to wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-free/images/icons and duplicate calendar_edit.png, then rename the duplicated file to calendar_link.png ?
