Upon registering for an event, attendants receive the following code right before the email message.

Hi Michael,

Could you go to your WordPress admin and click on Messages in the WordPress admin menu for Event Espresso?

Then click on the settings tab and click the toggle to turn the messages system off. Then click it again to turn it back on.

Also are you using a plugin like WP SMTP or an email service like Mandrill:

I reset the messages and re-installed the entire plugin but this still happens with the “Registration Pending Payment” email. The odd thing is the email sent out does not match the global template and we are not using any custom templates. I have toggled the custom and global template too to try to reset that. Nothing is working. Not using any email plugins. All emails such as “Event Payment Reminder” look fine.

Using most current version and no plugins

Could you try the WP Mandrill plugin:

Yes Mandrill appears to work, which leads me to believe this is a problem with the host formatting email. There are still two problems. When a user registers the email to the user is now formatted fine and is coming from Mandrill Servers.

The “Registration(s) Pending Payment” email that is sent to the Administrator, at the time of registration, is still going through the traditional server and has the css info at the top. Is there a way to force all email through the Mandrill system?

Also now that I deleted all the data my license code is now showing red in the settings area. Thanks again.

My license is now working. The other problems still exists.

Click on the Registration pending email and then change to TO from the shortcode to your actual email:

example@yourwebsite.com

Then save changes and try again to see if the CSS appears.
