We have constructed our emails for confirmation, reminder, etc and enjoy the tags that are available. One important one is NUMBER OF TICKETS that the person secured. |
Hello Lawrence, The [ticket_qty] code is for the Tickets. If you have the event set up to not ask for additional attendee info, you can use that code on the tickets to show how many were purchased. For emails, you can use ticket_link to display a link for each ticket. it won’t show the total number of tickets purchased though. |

Thanks Jonathan Dear [fname], Congratulations! Your registration to volunteer at the Kids Against Hunger “Factory” has been confirmed! on [start_date] from [start_time] to [end_time]. with [ticket_qty] volunteers. |
Hello Again, No. That tag [ticket_qty] is for the tickets (when the attendee prints the ticket, it will show the quantity). The ticket_link would be the one to use in the emails. Like so: Dear [fname], |

Ok. Changed tag to [ticket_link] . Even though I registered for 31 tickets the email field is null as you can see. |
Hi Lawrence, Which version of the ticketing add-on is installed? |
