I’m looking for where/how EE4 notifies the event manager that a registration has occurred (other than adding the registration to the registration list). Can an email be sent to the event manager when a registration is completed?
Yes you can. You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message templates, then edit the “event admin” template for the message you’d like to be sent. e.g. the Registration Approved message would be a common choice.
Then you can replace what’s in the “To:” field with the event manager’s email address -or- input the event manager’s email address into the cc: field.
