I recently upgraded to the newest version of WordPress which also required me to up date event espresso as well as my plugins. For some reason now, my members cannot see the events they registered for in their dash board anymore. I made a test account and tested it and indeed you only see a header. It was working fine under the previous version of wordpress but not anymore. I attached a picture of what I mean. Pleast Help |
Which versions of Event Espresso and the members add-on do you have installed right now? |
|
|
The newest one, Event Espresso 3.1.24 and members 1.9.3. |
Try the version of WP User/Member Integration linked in this post: https://eventespresso.com/topic/group-registration-and-member-pricing-not-working-together/#post-9189 Some of the addons that were pushed to the new site were still development versions that should not have made the cut before we went live. That’s the last stable version from the old forums. |

No luck, I removed the members plugin and installed the older version. Still gave me the same problem. |
Either of the two versions should load up events in the my events page. Here’s what I would try: Step one: Temporarily switch to the twentyeleven theme to rule out a theme conflict. |

Thanks for the help. |
I have the MailChimp + WP users/members plugins both active on a couple of sites and I cannot reproduce this. I think it would be good to check for errors on the “My Events” page. PHP errors could be checked for by temporarily switching WP_DEBUG on in the wp-config.php. There may even be a JavaScript error, which could be found with Firebug. If you would prefer us to look into it, please send wp-admin level credentials to support@eventespresso.com along with FTP credentials. |
