Getting this message today on a new event that was created yesterday.

Googled around and the common consensus from the forums seems to be that it’s related to caching. We don’t have any caching enabled, though – no plugins, no page cache, no object cache. I also disabled all plugins except EE and still experience the problem.

Is there anything else that can cause this error after adding items to the cart and clicking to check out?

Incidentally, the event DOES report the tickets as being reserved if I visit it in admin/edit.

Just can’t complete checkout on the frontend of the site.

Hi there,

I just ran a quick test on the active event on the site linked to your account with no errors.

Is that the correct event?

If not can you please post a link to the event in question so I can take a look?
