I know you have a million threads about this issue and I hate to add another, but I just can’t find the answer …
We have 5 tickets for our summer camp event and one of the tickets (Vacation Bible School) produces the ‘Nothing in your Event Queue’ error and the other tickets work just fine. The tickets were working fine until yesterday, so I suspect the WordPress 4.2.1 update, because that is the only thing that has changed.
We have no caching plugins. The site is hosted at BlueHost. (shared hosting)
We are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix.
The problem is due to the length of your ticket description, longer descriptions than 255 characters are causing this issue within WP 4.2+
Your ‘Vacation Bible School’ ticket has a description that is 322 characters long.
Currently I would recommend reducing the size of the description field until we push an update to fix this, you can then re-apply your full description after that.
