Hi there, Currently, both of those events are working for me. November assembly: Jolly Trolley: I can’t see any cache headers in the request (which is good), are you still running into the same error? |

Morning Tony, Yeah I noticed late in the afternoon that both were working again. Very strange. Client is concerned it will just randomyly stop working again. |

Hmm, so it could have been a broken session but its really hard to say. Did you get reports of this from customers or was this only happening for you (as far as you are aware at least)? I’d love to help more here and I hate intermittent issues becuase without being able to see the problem narrow down the cause further. |

Hey Tony, Thanks for the quick reply. Myself, the client and their customers trying to register were all getting the same message after adding a ticket and clicking the register button. I totally understand that since its working you cant diagnose it. We’ll keep an eye on it and follow up if there are further issues. |

That kinda rules out a broken session as you all will have unique sessions and unless ALL sessions broke (which is possible but I’d expected more issue than just EE registrations from that) then I can’t see that being the cause. If it does come up again please do let me know. I’ll likely need to add some debug code to the site to try and narrow down the cause when its not working and for that I’d need WP Admin and FTP access. I’m telling you that to try and help catch this whilst it’s not working so when it happens again open a thread/reply and send over the credentials requested here: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Hopefully I’ll be able to catch in time and take a look, if not we may need to add some additional logging to the site and wait for it to happen again to see what shows in the logs etc. |
