Hello, I am using Event Espresso and I already have my event set up. The issue I am encountering is that when I try to register to purchase a ticket, it redirects me to a Registration Checkin page that says “Nothing in your Event Queue.” This only happens when I am not logged into WordPress. When I am logged in, it works correctly.

Hi there,

Thats going to be an issue with caching, logged in users are not server cached responses, but logged out users will be.

Can you link me to an event I can register onto?

Who is your host?

Hello, yes, you can test with this event:

The hosting is WP Engine, and the site is also in development. I’m not sure if that might have something to do with it.

WP Engine have server-side caching enabled by default, follow the steps here:

To request they add some exclusions for EE pages, that usually fixes this.
