Dear support

We are getting: Nothing in your Event Queue
we are currently hosted on Cloudways
I have read several other post with the issue an have done everything that I saw you requested. Your help is needed… Thank you!

Hi Greg,

Just noting that I’ve removed the video from public view because you go into the admin and show various sections (nothing of concern imo but better safe than sorry 🙂 )

Are you able to reproduce this currently? When testing I’m not getting that error.

‘Nothing in your event queue’ is almost always caused by caching of some form or another, or your site can’t create sessions, in which case everyone would get the error and I don’t so seems unlikely.

So, I know from the video that you’ve excluded EE’s critical pages and that’s great, did you also purge the cache after adding those rules?
(Cloudways -> Manage Services -> Varnish -> Purge)

Have you tested this whilst logged in and out of the site?
