Nothing in Your Event Queue

I have a person attempting to purchase a ticket to an event and reported the following: (i checked and the same happens to me – can’t see why? please help me figure out this problem – here is the link:

I am having trouble registering for this event:

It says I have 6 items in my cart (I have tried to register a number of times – that’s why I have it in there 6 times 😊 !)

but when I go to “Proceed to Registration” I receive the following error:
“Nothing in your event queue” You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

Am I doing something wrong in the registration process? Thanks for the help. Looking forward to this event.

Hi there,

Just noting here that we received your support token request and replied via email.

For any future readers, the ‘Nothing in your event queue’ error is almost exclusively caused by caching so the fix is to exclude Event Espresso’s critical pages from caching (be it a caching plugin, or server-side caching like what WPEngine use).
