Hi, tickets went on sale for event this morning. During registration getting the dreaded “Nothing in your Event Queue”. Checked the critical pages – reporting OK. No changes, running php 8.2 and wordpress 6.6.2 EE 5.0.29.p Had other tickets go on sale earlier in the week. No issues. Thanks in advance, Frank |

More info.. I have 11 successful registrations from this morning, so the issue just started occurring on this one event. I created a test event, and did not get the error. |

Hi there, So, its a little confusing above with this:
and then this:
I’m assuming those 11 registrations were on a different event, correct? The tickets you initially mentioned above, are those also for different events? Meaning right now the issue your getting with nothing in your event queue is happening only on one specific event regardless of the ticket type purchased within that event? Are you using legacy editor or advanced? |

Hey Tony, Sorry for the delay. The tickets on sale earlier in the week were for different events and all worked as expected. The event that went on sale today, received 11 registrations and then the ‘nothing in the event queue’ issues began. Yes to your last question, we are on the advanced editor. Thanks, Frank |

Hmmm, very strange! Can you link me to the event in question, I’d like to take a look? I tried running a registration on a couple of events but it looks like I need an account, can you create a temp login I can use and send the details over using this form: |
