The “Notes/Extra Accounting” field in the transaction section of the registration does not export to CSV reports. We need a way to make a note that will show up in one of the columns on the CSV report.
Then set that on a question group that is asked on all your registrant (Personal Info for example).
That question will then show in the reg questions when you view the registration in the admin – http://take.ms/rqR9Y
And that admin only question will be included in the CSV by default.
It is also possible to add a column to the CSV and use the ‘Notes/Extra Accounting’ to populate the field, however note that specific field is assigned to a payment within the transaction and a single transaction could have multiple payments, each with a value in that field which may get messy in the CSV.
