Not using the pdf auto generated invoice

Hi Team Event Espresso,

First of all; best wishes for 2022!

I have a question regarding the checkout of our Event Espresso environment.
We do not want to use the auto generated pdf with the invoice of an order.

When people fill in the signup form and select the payment method, they are redirected to the page: Congratulations on your order! They also get the option to click a button with their auto-generated invoice. I want to get rid of this button and auto-generated invoice, since we will make our own to match our finance administration. Is this possible?

Hi there,

You can de-activate the Invoice message type.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

In the HTML tab, you’ll see Receipt and Invoice in the Active section.

Drag Invoice over to the ‘Inactive message types’ section.

Now when you register the text should not display anything about downloading the invoice.
