An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
However, I checked and my license is paid through 10/17. I tried recopying the license key and saving it, but still get the same error. Can you please help me figure out why I can’t get the updates?
Looks like I should have been able to post this in the Premium support forums as well, but doesn’t look like I have access to them. Maybe that’s a related issue?
