In my website I have 3 different prices, yet is not working, the drop down selection disappear and stop working. The plugin was working fine until yesterday and started to only accept one price, the members price $0.00 so nobody has been able to pay any of the other prices.

I deleted the zero price, and know is putting the $1.00 still no letting choose price.

We lost 2 days of people that wanted to assist our event, can you please tell us what the problem is.

Today I update the plugin, yet isn´t working.

Hi there,

I am sorry for the trouble this has caused you. When you updated the plugin, did you check the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates directory to see if there were older templates there? If you go to the Event Espresso>Templates settings screen, there will be an option (it’s a button inside of a pink box) that will rename the templates folder to complete the update process.

Also, it is very important to update the add-ons when Event Espresso is updated. The members/wp user integration add-on and groupons/social coupons add-on need to be updated in order for the new version of Event Espresso to work as expected.

I made the update throw ftp, so everything got erase and uploaded again. And the addons are also in the last version.

Yet the plugin stopped working before the update, we did the update thinking it might help for the problem.

Is stopped working by itself.

Hi there,

That’s great that you updated the add-on. Can you check two things that may help narrow down the issue?

1) On your server there is an uploads directory inside the wp-content folder. There will be a folder/directory with the name espresso. Are there any files within that directory. What you’ll be looking for are template files there. If there are any templates in that folder, you can rename the directory so they don’t load.

2) WordPress has a debug mode that will print PHP errors on the screen. Can you open up the wp-config file and set WP_DEBUG to true so we can check for errors?

I really frustrated, can´t find the problem, can´t use differents prices. I have 3 licenses with and was planning to buy more, but now it doesn´t work.

I put back WordPress 3.3.2. and Event Espresso – 3.1.22.2.P, yet doesn´t work.

I erased the folder from wp-content and nothing.

Can you please help me solve this, is been many days we can´t use the plugin.

Thanks!
