Not sending messages (with Postmark plugin)

Hi,
I’ve installed the Postmark plugin – and enabled the ‘Send with Postmark’-setting. But messages generated from Event Espresso won’t send.
I’ve used the “Send test mail”-function from within the Postmark-plugin – and that works well. But not if the mail is generated with EE.

What can be wrong?

Hi there,

If you send a test via one of the Event Espresso Message template editors, does that email send?

You can also log in to Postmark to review your sending statistics and diagnose email delivery problems. There may be a correction needed with the From: field set in the Event Espresso email templates. If I remember correctly, what’s set in the From field must match the email address set in the postmark account that’s designated as the From address.

Thank you. Det ‘From: field’ fixed it.
