Hi
i am using Version 3.1.37.4.P, all 4 pages setup with proper shortcodes.
but after successful transaction , thank you page comes with nothing, complete blank page. order gets done in WordPress backend , i mean attendee added, but no confirmation mail send. do i have to update the plugin to latest version? what can be possible cause of that?
please help.

Hi Michael,
It sounds like an error is being thrown on the thank you page.
If you enable WP_DEBUG on the site and retest a registration does it show any errors when you complete a registration?
Is there anything preventing you from updating to the latest version of EE3? Have you modified EE at all?

Hi Tony, thank you for the reply. i do the same (set the debug as true in wp-config) and still getting the blank page. url comes like this : http://altucson.org/thank-you/?r_id=6-57d1a2f4367c0
and completely blank. if i again refresh the page, it asks me to resend the information and than i can see the thank you page with proper details, but mail still not sent to admin or user.
Also, if it is causing because of old espresso version, please let me know if it is possible to update EE3 to EE4 latest version. if yes, please let me know how.

This isn’t something caused by running the older version of Event Espresso. Have you tried ruling out a plugin conflict? It may also check the Thank You page and make sure it has the correct short code on it.

Yes, thank you page have the correct shortcode. all main 4 pages used in espresso have correct shortcode. no other pages other than that have these shortcodes.
also we are using gravity forms and ticketo plugins in site, can that be an issue? i have disabled almost all plugin and test again, but got the same result, blank thank you page.
i never get solution of this problem and it comes very often in websites using espresso.
any more suggestion?

Maybe this will help:
You create new page, and call it registration-thank-you, then put the [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] short code on it, then point the Thank You page setting to the new page.
