I’ve followed the directions and setup a ticket. But don’t see the meta box as shown in the tutorial. Please help!

Do you have the permissions addon installed? If so, you may need to re-save the User Permissions (admin.php?page=espresso_permissions).

Do you mind sending me an admin login so I can take a look? you can use the contact form and select the “I am sending login info as requested” option.

You had a slightly outdated version of Event Espresso installed. I updated you to the latest version. Looks like it is working now:

They are not stored on the server. They can only be downloaded to your computer.
