I use event Espresso 3.1.36.4.P and Calendar 2.2.2
I want people who visited a detail of the calendar tot return to the day which they where when clicking on the detail. For example somebody wants to know a bit more on the plans of 9 june. He visits this day clicks on the detail, watch it, and returns to the calendar. he is now back at today, and I don’t want this.
Excus my english, I’m dutch and I hope it’s clear what I mean
The calendar is a javascript implementation. As such when the page is loaded, whether it is by a link or by hitting the back button, the current date is always shown.
While you can set a specific date via the javascript, I do not believe there is a way (or at lest not an easy way) to track what event date was selected and return to it.
