Not returning tickets to the event booking form when the basket is emptied

Hi there,

I am using the “Multiple Event Registration” plugin and I am having a sporadic issue where sometimes when I clear my basket and then return to the page where the Booking Event Form exits the form is not being updated e.g. certain events will say “Sold Out” (and therefore can’t be added to the basket).

I am then unable to rectify the issue from that point forward, no matter how many times a clear my basket.

Would you please be able to provide me with a solution?

Can you tell us which site is having a problem? Can you shoot a video for us on what you experience?

Hi Rio,

Thank you for your response.

I’m struggling to replicate this issue now and I have a feeling it may have been rectified when fixing another issue (with the help of Tony).

However, I will let you know if it starts happening again.
