Not receiving pending order alerts

Hiya

I have the following settings

  • Send payment confirmation emails = YES
  • Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received = YES
  • Use fancy email headers = YES

However, we’re not receiving the email alerts when we place a test order.

Is there any other settings I should check?

Additionally, on further testing, I did a test order (including payment via Paypal) and I havent received any confirmations come through apart from the Payment Received one which was sent from Paypal.

I’m kinda expecting two emails to have come through:

  • The registration confirmation before payment is received.
  • And the confirmation that payment has been received (normally called Event Registration Notification).

Try setting the fancy headers option to no, your mail server might not support it. If the payments are not being marked as complete, see this guide as well: http://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#gateways
