Hello, I would like to ask for help and determine as to why we (the company) are not receiving any email notifications when people are booking a course from our calendar.
Hello Tony, yes everything is green which means sent if im not mistaken. It usually just get sent to a specific email once booking has been confirmed. Just encountered this problem today. I also tried to add in the Default Message settings in “TO: [CO_EMAIL]” since there was none.

Yes, that’s correct.
If it shows the correct address there and shows the email as sent it means EE passed the email over to your server without an issue. Of it’s not received from that point it usually means the email is being marked as spam.

Huh? Can you add more details on this please?
Can we add a specific email in the “TO” field?
Yes, you can. You can replace the shortcode (although I don’t recommend it as I don’t think it will fix the problem) with an email, or separate the short and an additional email address with a comma (again I don’t think that will fix this).
