Not receiving notification emails

We were but aren’t any longer receiving notification emails. The users are getting their confirmations and we receive payment notifications, but not signup notification. The signup shows in the database, we haven’t changed anything from previously, everything is set to YES for getting notifications. We’ve tried adding an alternate and not. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Sounds like a server issue, especially if nothing has changed from your point of view.

Are other emails going out? You could try the Check Email plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/) to test your account.

Some users having difficulty with their servers email system have found success using the WP Mail SMTP plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/), or a service such as Mandrill or Postmarkapp to take over their email services.
