Not Receiving IPN from Paypal

Starting 3/31, my registrations stopped receiving IPN from Paypal. It had been working for previous months. I tried all of the trouble shooting but the Paypal IPN still shows “retrying”

WordPress Version: 4.7.3

PHP Version: 5.6.29

MySQL Version: 5.6.32

Event Espresso Version: 4.9.35.decaf

If it helps, I checked by servers error log and found many of these:
[01-Apr-2017 15:49:06 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘EE_Processor_Base’ not found in /home2/johnglea/public_html/nassh2017/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-decaf/core/EE_Payment_Processor.core.php on line 16

Not sure if these are related.

Could you switch to PayPal Express for payment processing?

Here is a step by step guide:

Existing registrations with PayPal Express will not be affected.

I updated to 4.9.36 and went to Paypal express and the issue is now solved.
