Not receiving event e-mail confirmations to one e-mail while others are working

Today I have stopped receiving confirmation e-mails to events with me as the author, brenna@spcasc.org

Other events such as our volunteer orientations which go to volunteer@spcasc.org are working

I checked the settings on the events and they all look correct.

I checked the message settings both in event espresso and WP_mail and they all look correct.

I did the test e-mail out of messages in EE and that worked both to myself and outside registrants.

What am I missing?

Hi Brenna,

If you go to Event Espresso > Messages and view the Activity list there, are the emails that you’re expecting listed there?

I can advise to install & activate this plugin:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

Then click on “resend” icon for one of the messages you expected but did not get.

After the message says it’s been sent again, does it show up in the email log?

Thanks for letting us know they do show up in the other log too.

So it sounds like the emails are sending, but somewhere along the way they’re getting blocked so you cannot receive them.

You could check your spam folder, then check with your email provider, or another option would be to set up a transactional email service (several listed here) which will help ensure emails are delivered successfully.
