Not issueing Invoice

Hi guys,
I am using EE in conjunction with LearnDash. I didn’t set up everything for my site and can’t locate the developer I used, so hoping you can help me on this one.

For a while now I have been receiving reports from clients they are not being issued with an invoice upon successfully submitting their registration(s)

I see in the “Default Messages” section of EE, there is an Invoice message with the following “The invoice message type is triggered via a url on the thank you page and via at url generated by the [INVOICE_URL] or [INVOICE_LINK] shortcode.”

I have gone the Thankyou page and see this code
[ESPRESSO_THANK_YOU]

Do you think this page is set up incorrectly?

No idea what the googleleadservices bit is about.

Do you have more information about these? what do they see? do they have any error? were you able to test it?

For the thank you page, you can go and check its status by going to your EE dashboard -> General Setting -> Critical Pages.
